Victor and Mona Dahdaleh were delighted to represent the Victor Dahdaleh Foundation at the recent Grand Opening of the Brian Mulroney Institute of Government and Mulroney Hall at St Francis Xavier University. The Victor Dahdaleh Foundation is a significant supporter of the new Institute and its aspirations.
